REFUND POLICY
CATERING ORDERS
To reserve your catering date, we require a deposit. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before your event. After that, deposits are non-refundable. If we can’t provide catering due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund.
REGULAR FOOD ORDERS
We make all our food fresh to order and take pride in quality. If there’s a mistake with your order or the food isn’t up to our standard, we’ll offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
GENERAL NOTES
We cannot refund for changes in personal preference or if you change your mind after the food is prepared. Our goal is to make sure you enjoy every bite — if something goes wrong, just let us know and we’ll make it right.
